ACCOMMODATION

Surrender to the call of the sea and let Leat House seduce you into a world of maritime Cornwall. Just a stone’s throw from the sea with beach front access, this beautifully presented self-catering family beach house will capture your heart and leave you yearning to return year after year.

LEAT HOUSE

Once two cottages, Leat House has been sympathetically altered to one good sized family home, providing the ambience for relaxed seaside living for up to nine guests. There is a wealth of period features including impressive slate flagstone floors, ivory louvred shutters, exposed stone walls and beams and a log burning stove. Set in pretty gardens with private parking and  located on a 'no through' lane, Leat House is an ideal holiday retreat.

Leat House offers a very relaxed vibe, which is just perfect for a wind-down weekend or family summer holiday escape in North Cornwall. And much as you’ll find it impossible to leave your coastal pad behind, there’s a wealth of things to do locally; from adrenalin-fuelled on-the-water action to exploring the pretty chocolate-box village of Port Isaac.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are four bedrooms to choose from at Leat House. The Master bedroom is complete with king size bed and balcony with magnificent sea views. All bedrooms are good sized doubles, with two benefiting from zip and link beds, ideal for children sharing rooms. There are two family bathrooms.

PRACTICALITIES

There is private parking for up to two vehicles at the property. The kitchen is equipped with a Rayburn, cooker with induction hob and dishwasher. The larder has a freestanding fridge freezer, microwave and ample food storage space. The wet room is equipped with everything you need after a day at the beach. Washing machine, tumble drying, wetsuit hanging facilities and a shower room. Dogs are very welcome at the property and encouraged to sleep in the utility room at night.

OUTSIDE

After a day of beach fun, enjoy a family barbecue in the front garden on the slate patio whilst taking in the spectacular sea views over Port Gaverne Beach. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with stone wall boundaries and mature shrubs and low hedges.

There is also a garden to the rear of the property with a  gravelled parking area beyond the house, up the lane.

RELAXATION

Step outside your front door and take a mosey around the characterful harbour village of Port Isaac, just a quarter of a mile away. Or, take your pick from any one of the stunning beaches and enjoy a good old fashioned day at the seaside complete with a Cornish Pasty and locally made ice cream.
