RESERVATION POLICY

Check-In Time 04:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM

The standard CHANGEOVER day is Saturday for weekly bookings and Thursday to Sunday for weekend bookings, unless agreed otherwise with the owners of Leat House prior to an online booking.

 

PAYMENT 25% is due at time of booking and final payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Non-payment by the due date may, at the sole discretion of the owners of Leat House, treat the non-payment as notice of cancellation.

 

A REFUNDABLE DAMAGES DEPOSIT of £500 is required. This is a security/damage deposit and is fully refundable within 7 days after check out provided the following provisions are met;

• No damage is done to the property or its contents

• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the outside rubbish bin

• All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned

• No linens or towels are lost or damaged

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at Leat House is 8 persons.

 

CHECK-IN TIME - Please can you ensure you do not arrive at the property before 4pm. If you would like to send me your mobile number I will happily message you if you can enter the property earlier than 4pm, as the cleaners may finish slightly sooner than this.

 

CHECK-OUT TIME - Please ensure you leave by 10am as our cleaners will not be able to prepare the property for our next guests until it is empty. 

 

Up to two DOGS are permitted only with prior approval. £50 per dog per stay applies. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Dogs are not allowed on furniture/in the bedrooms at any time. Any evidence of dogs on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. The property owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or dogs may incur while on the premises.

 

PARKING available for 2 vehicles.

 

Leat House is a NON SMOKING property.

 

BREAKAGES & DAMAGES - Please notify us of any breakages or damages found at the property upon your arrival which may have been cause by previous guests, and prior to vacating if caused by yourselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The 25% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

​

Cancellations within 30 calendar days from the day of arrival will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the full rental fee. Cancellations within 7 days from the day of arrival will result in a 100% charge of the full rental fee.

​

Should an online booking be made on a different changeover day to Saturday for weekly bookings and Thursday to Sunday for weekend bookings without prior approval by the owners of Leat House, the booking may be subject to a cancellation.

The owners of Leat House reserve the right to cancel a booking at their sole discretion up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
